Fee Schedule

We inspect Condominiums, Town Houses, Single-Family and Multi-Family residences.

Please call and let us know the square footage and age of the property and we will be happy to quote our inspection fee.

The inspection fee is due and payable at the time of the inspection.

On average, the inspection of a 2,000 sq.ft., single family house would take approximately 2.5 hours. We encourage the clients to be at the property at the conclusion of the inspection for an on-site personal consultation. This is an important and integral part of our service and it would greatly benefit the client's understanding of the property's condition.
