With over 2,000 inspections to his credit, Eric is a certified Master CREIA Inspector (MCI), a certified New Construction Specialist (CNCS), a member of the International Code Council (ICC), and a licensed contractor. Additionally, Eric worked for a number of years in construction management as well as an architect.

After a highly detailed inspection, we take the time to walk our clients through the property describing in all issues and observations seen. We make sure the client fully understands the findings of the report prior to the inspector leaving the property.
