Construction is both complicated and ever-changing. Each year, new techniques are developed, new safety standards are applied and new materials are included. The person in whom you have placed your trust and confidence should be versed in all of these areas. He must maintain a high standard of knowledge and education, as well as constantly increasing his knowledge at every opportunity.

Eric has been a residential property inspector for the last 10 years in the San Francisco Bay Area and has over 2,000 inspections to his credit. Prior to property inspection, Eric has had extensive professional experience in construction.
